At Le Belvédère, you are welcomed like one of the family. It all began with two brothers who bought the restaurant in 1999 after years of hard work — an adventure their children carry on today.

Here beats the gypsy spirit that gives Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer its soul: conviviality, music, celebration and a love of sharing around a big table, facing the sea.

Gardianne bull stew simmered in red wine, Bouzigues oysters, mussels marinière, wedge clams from our beaches… We cook the produce of the Camargue, simply and generously.
